Every can goes through a precise multi-stage process — from raw coil to finished, printed can ready for filling.
Raw Material
Premium aluminium coil sourced from certified international suppliers is inspected and fed into the cupping press.
Body Forming
Aluminium blanks are drawn and ironed into seamless cylindrical bodies, then necked and flanged to specification.
Printing & Coating
Multi-colour lithographic printing is applied followed by interior lacquer coating — ensuring food-grade compliance and vibrant shelf appeal.
Quality Inspection
Every can passes automated vision systems and dimensional checks before being palletised and shipped to customers.
